It’s been three days since I’ve started searching on Google for a rent to own condominiums at a price that I can afford. At first I was just interested in renting a condominium but I’ve realized that it is much practical if I’ll go for rent to own condominium with no downpayment.
I am still living here in my parents’ house and at my age, I am already tired of being dependent with my family. They provided me with almost everything and I am really thankful for what my parents have given me but now it feels as if I am not making any progress. I’ve been wanting to move out many years ago and live on my own but I didn’t have enough courage to do it. I am not a kid anymore though I don’t have much money now but I know and I am confident enough that I can do this on my own. I am ready now. I want to know how it’s like to live alone and prepare all my stuff all by myself. I want to know if I am already capable enough to provide everything for myself without the help of my parents and in case all things fail, I’ll strive even harder and work harder so I could pay for all the monthly expenses without asking for financial support from my parents.
I don’t have enough knowledge about owning properties and I don’t want to put any future investments that I will make into waste. I’ve tried to search on real property management services and I think that this is just what I need.
